Charlotte Russe Crisscross Back Chevron Stripe Tank

Charlotte Russe Crisscross Back Chevron Stripe Tank

I picked up this chiffon tank a few weeks ago at the Charlotte Russe outlet store in Livermore, CA, and I’m obsessed. This is the perfect little top to wear under solid colored basic cardigans, blazers, or sweaters for a sharp geometric pattern pop. You can also rock the top solo, say belted with a bright red skinny belt to break up the pattern and give the silhouette a bit more shape. I’ve also really been loving this tank because it’s black and sheer in the back; totally lightweight and airy for those warm summer days. Perfect for day or night, worn dressy or causal!

Carnival You Could Want Dress

Carnival You Could Want Dress

It’s a little too late to order this to be fit for the Fourth tomorrow, but this is a great summer frock nonetheless! Chevron print is major for this summer, since it’s the right amount prep and sass, this dress is great for that summer picnic, date at the county fair, or stroll through the park. It’s just as darling as it is patriotic, worn with a navy headband, espadrilles and gold bangles. The Modcloth buyers and stylists have curated yet another great find!

Amanda Uprichard Pocket Tee in Sky

Amanda Uprichard Pocket Tee in Sky

I’m back with another silk top – something I’ve been all about lately. Since the weather is picking up a little, I’ve been leaving the house sans trench or peacoat, opting for a lighter blazer or cropped jacket, so I’ve naturally been reaching for and looking to fun tops to pair them with. This silk blouse from Amanda Uprichard is not only in a fabulous sky blue color, but an awesome cut. Take a second look at the collar… there is none! The plunging v-neck is an awesome sexy twist on this classic short-sleeved blouse.

Double Take By Storm Dress

Double Take By Storm Dress

Here we are back with another Modcloth Monday, sharing something strikingly similar to a dress we posted last week, only at a fraction of the cost! Maybe the Pantone tangerine shade just isn’t your thing, but these sexy sheer cutouts are, then this daring bodycon dress is perhaps for you. This poly-blend dress features a deep plunging v-neck in the front, with a sheer insert of black nylon, which is also repeated on the sides below the bust. The racy front is not to be overshadowed by the back, however. The backside of the dress dips deep down – it is your choice to show it off with an up-do, or let it peek out from beneath your hair. I say start off with a white blazer, gold jewelry and just go from there.
