A fantastic way to wear a dress but not show too much skin is choosing something with a high-low hem. This dress from Pink Rust Boutique is a prime example! The cascading ruffles and high-low cut of the skirt  give it the right amount of flirt and movement. It shows just the right amount of bare leg and leg behind a sheer veil of fabric. The braided empire waistline and braided sash also give this dress a Grecian vibe and a nice, refined touch. I also love that it’s a one shoulder style, perfect for showing off a sunkissed glowy collarbone and décolleté. Let us not forget the gorgeous navy color that isn’t your typical spring color, but is at the heart of all things nautical. Can’t you just imagine wearing this on a yacht somewhere? Seize your eyes on this week’s Modcloth Monday pick, a subdued yet still fabulous floral frock. Optionally tied with a sash around the waist, this dress is extremely flattering, taking attention to the narrowest part of the waist and upwards to the flirty neckline. It’s just perfect for girls like me who aren’t quite ready to don a bolder or more feminine floral print. I’d love to see it mixed with a fun pale pink, nude or periwinkle ballet flat, or an ivory cardigan. Knowing that the groundhog has spoken, and I’m about three clicks away from buying this, I think it’s safe to say spring is here? A totally justified purchase.
