As a lover of solid tops, tanks, and blouses, I enjoy a good printed skirt to spice things up. Spring time is synonymous with floral print and I think it’s only right I shared this piece I’m eyeing from Minkpink on ASOS. It’s got that skater skirt A-line flare and twirl to it, which I love, and a funky floral print that feels a bit vintage. I also dig the unusual pairing of mint green and rose red that’s unlike anything else I’ve ever seen. Topped off with buttons up the front and a high waistline, this skirt reminds me just a little bit of grandma’s favorite tablecloth or an unusual fabric you’d find thrifting. It’s girly meets grunge meets retro; kind of what the Minkpink label is all about.

As I mentioned a few days ago, Mallory and I are attending Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Ball tonight with our friends at Skype, so naturally all that’s been on my mind is what studded, chained, and other ridiculously awesome accessories I’m going to wear to the show. If I owned this Rebecca Minkoff studded chain wallet, it’d definitely be a part of my outfit. Mint seemed to be the color of spring and everyone’s pastel of choice for the last three years, and I’m admittedly still obsessed. While I love my trusty statement cocktail rings, I do love a simple understated ring every now and again. I was immediately drawn to the emerald-cut (my fave!) and the pale aqua-mint of this ring from Ruche.
