Minus The Leather Moto Jacket

Minus The Leather Moto Jacket

I’m in the market for a leather jacket that’s equal parts classy and biker, and I think Express has what I need with their (Minus The) Leather Moto Jacket.  Cropped and fitted, this faux leather jacket has just the right amount of hardware and edge, without the price tag of genuine leather. Zippers and button flaps aside, my favorite elements to this jacket are possibly the cranberry lining and zippered cuffs; it looks so great sleeves pushed up! With over 233 product reviews averaging a 4.7 out of a 5-point rating, how can I say no?

Damson Jacket

Damson Jacket

This is just one of the many inspiring and obscure pieces from the British high street shop Allsaints. It’s a perfect any time of the year jacket, that will bring any outfit to the next level. With a hint of post apocalyptic chic mixed with inspirations from reworked and deconstructed traditional biker jackets, this is truly a construction masterpiece. A bit on the expensive side, yes, but like anything from this company it will be well worth the money spent.

Art of Wardrobe Maintenance Jacket

Art of Wardrobe Maintenance Jacket

I have a problem with buying too many of these kind of thick, cozy, utility-style jackets, and this black/gray tweed blend one is no different. They are just perfect for the finicky SF climate which goes from frigid to pleasant and back to drab and finally back to blustery in the early evening on a typical summer day (I kid you not). I must agree with ModCloth’s garment description — balanced with skinny jeans and tucked into booties or boots like these would be a great match! Highly recommended style staple.
