Rebecca Minkoff Mint Spikey Studs Chain Wallet

Rebecca Minkoff Mint Spikey Studs Chain Wallet

As I mentioned a few days ago, Mallory and I are attending Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Ball tonight with our friends at Skype, so naturally all that’s been on my mind is what studded, chained, and other ridiculously awesome accessories I’m going to wear to the show. If I owned this Rebecca Minkoff studded chain wallet, it’d definitely be a part of my outfit. Mint seemed to be the color of spring and everyone’s pastel of choice for the last three years, and I’m admittedly still obsessed. This piece is dainty yet fierce, kind of like me, so I just have to have it!

Get a Feel Forest Coat

Get a Feel Forest Coat

On this chilly Monday morning, I have to remind my optimistic self that I better bundle up because winter isn’t ending any time soon. I’m that girl who’s always cold, so I’m always on the hunt for a cute coat that’s both cozy and stylish. I just love the tapered cut and angles on this ModCloth peacoat I recently stumbled across. Most of all, I love the forest green color because it’s so different from the monochrome coats that dominate my closet. Pair with a floral or patterned scarf, set of gloves, and slouchy beret, and you’ve got yourself a chic winter look that won’t blend you in with the drab crowd.

Motel Annelise Bodycon Dress in Lime & Purple Tiger Life Print

Motel Annelise Bodycon Dress in Lime & Purple Tiger Life Print

Motel has some of the greatest unique and affordable party dresses out there. I just love their Annelise Bodycon Dress, pictured above, which pays homage to the tropical motif of the ’50s and the bright colors reminiscent of the ’80s. The print incorporates elements of all my favorites; tribal, animal, and floral, for one killer dress you won’t forget. It’s fun but still sexy.

Wallis Jade Rise And Fall Top

Wallis Jade Rise And Fall Top

We’re back with another high-low piece, so it looks like this asymmetrical hemline trend isn’t going anywhere soon. This sleeveless frock by Wallis is in a gorgeous jewel-toned jade that we just can’t take our eyes away from. I love the pintucks and pleating that help give the top some shape and movement. It would go wonderfully with tailored shorts or liquid leggings, gold baubles, and heels for a summer evening look. At only $35, this top is a steal and will last you well into the cooler months, looking just as fabulous under blazers and cardigans.

Not ready to take the plunge on a full-on pastel denim? Try out some shorts! I love these mint green frayed shorts by LC Lauren Conrad, the LA-stylista’s budget-friendly line for Kohl’s, which are just too fab! They are a cotton-poly blend that’s stretchy and comfortable, in a nice low rise cut. At less than $31, these shorts really are the designer look for less since everyone has been mint-crazy lately, so get them on clearance before they sell out.
