Color My World Indie Aquamarine Ring

Color My World Indie Aquamarine Ring

While I love my trusty statement cocktail rings, I do love a simple understated ring every now and again. I was immediately drawn to the emerald-cut (my fave!) and the pale aqua-mint of this ring from Ruche. The 18k gold-plated ring is slightly textured and vintage-looking, and really goes great with the iridescent gemstone. This ring is cute, girly, and just the right amount whimsical.

Aqua Claudia Structured Peplum Mini Dress

Aqua Claudia Structured Peplum Mini Dress

Lucky Magazine recently published ‘Five Spring 2012 Trends We Can’t Wait to Wear” and I have to say I wasn’t totally on board until I saw this Aqua dress. Pretty Peplums is the trend I am now most excited about and I’m sure you can see why! This dress just screams chic. I can’t even pick my favorite color because I want them all! Go minimal with some killer heels or dress it up with an arm full of bangles or a great statement necklace.

Jersey-and-Mesh Combo Dress

Jersey-and-Mesh Combo Dress

This collection gives new meaning to “dreams really do come true.” Vena Cava is one of my all time favorite brands. Lisa Mayock and Sophie Buhai have been an inspiration for me since 2003 when they first launched Vena Cava. This fall they have teamed up with Aqua to bring a collaboration of stunning pieces to a bloomingdales near you!

Back to the dress – Vena Cava for Aqua’s draped combo dress is so exceedingly versatile. Belt it with tights and booties, make a statement with a chunky bangle or dress it up with a heavy chain necklace and glossy heels — the options are endless.
