Dior Volute Sunglasses

Spring is coming, are you ready? We know we are! No spring look is complete without eyewear in our opinion, and Dior seems to nail it every time. The Volute is an oversized frame style with a really unique open temple shape with both the arms and lenses. This style is both elegant and a little bit extra. It also reminds us a bit of the vintage fashion of the late 90s and early 2000s. From the front, they’re a round shape with a bold red trim that trails down the double stranded arms. A small gold hinge that reads Dior is such a cute touch as well on the arms. This is a harder to find iconic Dior sunglass but we stumbled across it on Knightsbridge Fashion, an online store with an amazing curation of discounted designer womens and mens wear. Adore Dior? These sunnies are on super sale right now. Grab them before they’re gone!

Vertabrae Verty Eyes Sunglasses

Verty Eyes Sunglasses

No outfit is complete without the right accessories. No matter the weather, sunglasses are always a must in my eyes. These sleek shades from Vertabrae, designed by Dyeland London, come in two colorways and I can’t figure out which I love more. They have the perfect 90s-inspired rectangle silhouette with an updated vibe with the pink or brown lenses. They would look amazing with any of the other capsule essentials the brand makes, like the french terry pants and classic 100% cotton graphic tees. The Verty Eyes shades would look fantastic dressed up this summer as well, with either a slip dress and denim jacket or oversized blouse and linen shorts. The wide arms on the sunglasses lend themselves to a more comfortable fit, and they also feature the brand’s emblem for an extra bold touch. We love supporting and sharing emerging brands and these sleek stunners were an easy choice for today’s OMG pick.

Tokyo Tort Square Cat Eye Sunglasses

Tokyo Tort Square Cat Eye Sunglasses

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect cat eye shades, and these tortoiseshell beauts have got to be the pair for me. I was always a classic black sunglasses kind of girl; never opting for much bling or embellishments. But lately, I’ve just been loving rich textures and classic patterns that have come and gone out of style over the past decades, iconic styles such as argyle, houndstooth, paisley, chevron, and of course, tortoiseshell. These frames have a dramatic lift at the corners for just the effect I’m going for that will look great with hair worn down or up. I also like that the lenses are plenty tinted; I never go for anything semi-sheer for personal style preference but also since my pupils are extremely sensitive to light. At $98, I think these sunnies are a bargain and even a justifiable cost if they end up being a trend I never return to. You never know… I might change my mind again in another few years.

Miu Miu Pentagon-Frame Acetate Sunglasses

Miu Miu Pentagon-Frame Acetate Sunglasses

While I’ve been loving the popular cat eye sunglasses lately, I’ve also been loving other bold geometric shapes like these pentagon shades by Miu Miu. The gradient lenses give these sunnies a retro vibe and the glossy black frames and gold arms give it everyday wearbility. If you can afford these beauts, I think they’re a fabulous find for spring and summer that will catch everyone’s attention.

I’ve got my eyes (literally) on these fabulous Folding Wayfarers in Light Havana, which is basically their classic tortoise print.
