2020 has been the year of loungewear, and we are totally here for it. There is a color, print, and cut out there for everyone. Whether you’re wearing it to work from home, chill from home, or don safely socially distanced out in the world, comfort is king. Tie dye matching loungewear sets always grab our attention and this set from Bad Gal Society nails it in every way. The Farrah Set from Bad Gal Society is a gorgeous neutral tie dye coordinated set, featuring a cropped drawstring hoodie and matching bike short bottoms. The muted tones of tan, brown, cream, gray, and slate blue perfectly fit a fall style color palette, but also work year round with the neutrals. The fabric blend has some stretch to it too, making it extra comfortable to wear. Long sleeves keep you covered, but the shorts show a little leg which is perfect for transitional fall weather. Fall equinox is tomorrow, after all! But we are also coveting some of Bad Gal Society’s slinky slip dresses, bold animal print bodysuits, and chic slide sandals. The brand offers fast free worldwide shipping as well, so don’t sleep on them!
Heading to a tropical location this spring or summer? That’s the perfect excuse to pick up something bright, floral, and girly to wear. I still love rompers for their countless occasion versatility; great for drinks on the beach or special dinner dates alike. I love the beautiful painting-like floral print this Zimmermann playsuit has going on – it’s just so sassy and fun. Enjoy sexy arched hems on the sides and an easy-going 100% cotton fit that is no-fuss and will always look good. Besides, it’s probably the easiest thing you can pack in your suitcase, taking up hardly any room at all. Is it time for takeoff, yet?

Although it was doom and gloom weather today in SF (read: overcast & sprinkling), I’m dreaming of warmer climates in far away places. I absolutely love mixing up and showing off textures in summer looks because they don’t get lost under winter layers, and these crochet lace shorts by BB Dakota are just the thing for me. I would love to pair them with a sheer blouse or tailored collared shirt, of course with some high wedges and a fun tote. Crocheted shorts are popping up everywhere this summer, so don’t get left behind on the trend. Scoop up this summer essential before it sells out, or your “summer” weather ends if you live in SF like me.
Not ready to take the plunge on a full-on pastel denim? Try out some shorts! I love these mint green frayed shorts by LC Lauren Conrad, the LA-stylista’s budget-friendly line for Kohl’s, which are just too fab! They are a cotton-poly blend that’s stretchy and comfortable, in a nice low rise cut. At less than $31, these shorts really are the designer look for less since everyone has been mint-crazy lately, so get them on clearance before they sell out.

I’ll admit, it’s been a while since I’ve worn anything Wet Seal, but they have always been a great place to score trendy bargain pieces, so they’re definitely worth popping into or surfing over to every once in a while. Speaking of bargains, take for instance these 100% cotton crocheted shorts I just stumbled upon. Fist off, these are nearly identical to these shorts by Aqua that are 3x the price. Way to go WS! But not only are they affordable, these shorts are super versatile, being chic and ladylike, they will prove relevant and attractive for many seasons to come. I would love to see this paired with a bright off-the-shoulder top, wedges, chain strapped bag, and these shades. Feminine but edgy, just like me.
