Fruit and Far Between Jeans

Fruit and Far Between Jeans in Plum

Today I wanted to take a little breather from the fall oxblood craze and give some credit to our friends in the plum department. Plum has (and will always be) one of those great colors to wear season after season, and  Blank NYC did us proud with these fantastic Fruit and Far Between Jeans! Another plus about these skinnys is that they stretch and will fit perfectly into all your knee high boots. What more could you ask for?!

LC Lauren Conrad Mint Green Frayed Denim Shorts

LC Lauren Conrad Mint Green Frayed Denim Shorts

Not ready to take the plunge on a full-on pastel denim? Try out some shorts! I love these mint green frayed shorts by LC Lauren Conrad, the LA-stylista’s budget-friendly line for Kohl’s, which are just too fab! They are a cotton-poly blend that’s stretchy and comfortable, in a nice low rise cut. At less than $31, these shorts really are the designer look for less since everyone has been mint-crazy lately, so get them on clearance before they sell out.

Cornflower Blue Candy Skinny Jeans

Cornflower Blue Candy Skinny Jeans

I hate when people overuse the “o” word , but there just isn’t any other way to describe how obsessed I am with this color right now. Not quite ready to rock a robins egg blue, mint green, or Easter egg lavender denim, this darling cornflower blue speaks to me! I already have a nice cobalt denim in my collection so this pair of jeans from ASOS would be a great alternative piece to pull out on days when I’m not feeling as bold, but still want to be colorful. Would look lovely with prints and all my staple neutral pieces.

Wild Poppy Skinny Skinny Ankle Colorpop Jeans

Wild Poppy Skinny Skinny Ankle Colorpop Jeans

Not too long ago, we raved about these slim-fitting cropped pants in a gorgeous warm jade color. I have since found a similar alternative, from a different brand, in a different shade, in a different fabric, but in the same price bracket. Looking for an easy pop of color? Try a bright bottom, especially if you’re bored with your current collection of jeans. Like our jade pant pick we featured a few weeks ago, we love these not only because they’re in a bright orange poppy hue, but because it’s a great match for animal prints and preppy pieces alike. Great for both the wardrobe adventurists and traditionalists, or whatever fashion mood you’re in. I would love to wear these belted with a tucked in blouse, striped scarf and a plain t-strap sandal. Is it that clear? I’m so ready for spring.
