On a recent trip to Las Vegas it occurred to me that no matter how hard I fight it, my mom was always right. She was right about my college decision, my quickness to adopt every stray pet I found on the street, and she’s right once again when she said nothing is more important than a good collection of dresses. I grew up a major tom boy, and now have finally come to terms with the fact that there is nothing more comfortable than a well fitted dress.

I’m heading to the East Coast in a few days and have spent the past few weeks stocking up on summer clothes.
