This stay-put, rich eye cream from Kiehl’s is best applied in the morning and night for a cool, refreshing pick-me-up.  With key ingredients like avocado oil, beta carotene and shea butter, this luxurious cream sends a potent surge of hydration to your under eye area, helping reduce puffiness and letting concealers glide on with ease. For best results, I recommend putting it on after your moisturizer and allowing 10 minutes for your skin to really soak it in before you move on to primer or foundation. A little bit goes a really long way, and I recommend applying it in a gentle patting motion with your ring finger. Love.
